IMPORTANCE OF GOAT REARING IN RESPECT TO BANGLADESH CONTEXT/RURAL LIVELIHOOD.

We know Bangladesh is a developing country in south east Asia. Many people of this country live under poverty line. But this people can be benefited to themselves through goat rearing. In Bangladesh there is a huge chance of goat rearing. Overall condition needed for goat rearing are quite favorable here. Marginal and landless farmer can turn the wheel of their fate through goat rearing.

Because of the following reasons it is very easy to the people who are interested in goat rearing.

1. less capital investment

2. No special housing

3. No special feeding or concentrate feed

4. Great source of income

5. Many government and non government organization are giving loan at easy tern for this activities at present now. But those are not enough at all. If more and more organization will come forward and help coordinately then we will able to improve the life standard of the people who live below the poverty line.

6. Great source of income in danger moment of the family

7. Because of small size it is easy to handle.

8. Great source of nutritional values than that of other animals.
