The following short list of resources are available to help fund study abroad specifically through SRAS. 
Home and Abroad
SRAS’s Home and Abroad Scholarship program combines intensive language study with a generous scholarship of $5,000-$10,000 and a resume-building internship. Designed for maximum flexibility, this program will help support and nurture student interests in fields as diverse as journalism, economics, history, and art.
     Deadline for Fall, 2016: May 15, 2016     Deadline for Spring, 2017: Oct 15, 2016 
Braver Grants
Students may receive stipends of up to $500 per semester to help cover any costs of eating out, attending cultural events, art exhibitions, and/or seeking out interesting local experiences.
     Deadline for Summer, 2016: Mar 15, 2016     Deadline for Fall, 2016: May 15, 2016     Deadline for Spring, 2017: Oct 15, 2016
SRAS Explorer Grants
To further promote this unique possibility with SRAS, we are offering over the 2016-2017 academic year (including summer 2017) several scholarships to students really looking to explore the region.

Art Grant
SRAS offers a $500 ART GRANT for its Arts and Museums in Russia Program.
     Next Deadline: April 15, 2016
SRAS Research Grants
This SRAS grant offers $1000 to students planning to do research while on a regular SRAS program.
     Apply three months before program start.
Service Learning Grant
Students can receive up to $1500 for dedicating part of their time abroad to bettering their adopted communities.
